Every trip to Sedalia requires a trip to Mighty Melt Sandwich and Spud Shop. Their specialty the Original Sandwich is like nothing I have had anywhere else. It is served on "Special Recipe Bread" with Ham, Salami, 3 melted cheeses, mustard, garlic mushrooms, lettuce, tomato and onion. Choice of White or Wheat Bread.
