Mga tip mula sa mga tagaroon
The 88 acres now known as the Cleveland Lakefront Nature Preserve began life in 1979 as a dredge impoundment to contain spoils excavated from the Cuyahoga River. About 280 species of birds have been recorded to date, and spring and fall migration can bring spectacular fallouts of birds.
Recently opened to the public- this is a very beautiful and quiet walk out to the lake shores- with an amazing view of the city. good bird-watching place, too.
Walk from Bratenahl - this 88 acre preserve gives beautiful views of Lake Erie, the homes along the Lake in Bratenahl, the downtown Cleveland skyline, and birds, rabbits, plants, etc. Free - open dawn-dusk.
“Beside the lake is this park right off the highway. Cleveland Lakefront Nature Preserve is a good place for exploring nature. It has a few long hiking paths. Good views from all over. There's lots of opportunities to spot” wildlife. There's lots of birds and butterflies if you're into following those. Go toward the lake where you can see all kinds of plants and wildlife.
