This is more of a landmark/point of reference when you're out exploring the area. It's the Empire State Building-looking building that is on the other side of Yoyogi Station.

This is 4th largest building in Tokyo. You cannot enter this building. It is looks like skyscraper in New York. This building very prominent building around Tokyo, so when you find from Observatory around Tokyo, you know this building is around Shinjuku.
