Marie-Anne Cantin

Marie-Anne, the daughter of Christian Cantin, founder of the cheesemakers guild, manages this fromagerie with her daughter and husband. She is fighting against the standardization of cheese by carefully selecting cheeses that are produced in limited quantities on small farms.
