Across the street! lit basketball courts, baseball field, playgrounds, a tennis court, a weight room and gymnasium, a horseshoe pit, picnic areas, and a multi-purpose room & computer room.

This area is the closest thing to a shopping mall in the area. It has a movie theatre, a bowling alley and is connected to the Capital One Arena. Clyde's Restaurant is also here and it's a pretty good American-style place.
