Yankee Springs Recreation Area, adjacent to Gun Lake, contains an 11.3-mile, single track mountain biking trail for public use. The trail contains several rocks, roots, climbs and switchbacks, making it perfect for any adventure-seeking mountain biker. The trail also contains several quick descents that pass through mixed pine tree forest areas. E-bikes are not permitted, however.
