This is where most of the tourist congregate. The main Whistler Village Centre is where you'll find most of the action with lots of shops, eateries and bars. It's nice to be able to experience all the action here and then retreat to the quiet of Creekside. The Whistler Village Centre is about a 5 minute drive or a 12 minute bus ride. There are also taxis available 24/7. If you are feeling extra energetic walk, run or bike to the village and back along the Valley trail (4.4 km each way).

A Mecca for shoppers and food enthusiasts! A mixture of tourist shops, upscale stores and outdoor adventure stores - there's something for everyone. Food choices range from fast food pizza & hamburger joints, casual fun eateries to fine dining. Little known fact - the town centre is built on top of the old garbage dump! We used to ski off the backside of Whistler and end up in the garbage dump where a shuttle bus would take you back to the lift at Whistler!
