Modern Restaurant with the option to sit at the chefs counter and watch the food being prepared. Specialises in beautifully cooked red meat which is displayed in an aging fridge. Chef is passionate about the quality of the ingredients and also has a vineyard producing an excellent wine. Has a sister restaurant Àkua which specialises in fish and Theos which is Portuguese with a twist. At all 3 restaurants at lunch time as for the Pratos do Dia (dishes of the day) They do not put these on the menu in many restaurants but they are obliged to have these and they are a really good value way of trying out the food. Most include a coffee and drink or dessert.

You can see the work of Chef Julio Pereira live. Sourdough bread, dishes with unexpected flavors. Be sure to take risks with desserts. At the bottom of the restaurant you can find a bakery.
Cosy atmosphere, excellent modern food & interactive - try to get a seat at the "chefs table" (eat at a counter that surrounds the kitchen and watch the chefs in action). Booking recommended.
