If you like gin, then make sure you check out this new little distillery. You can walk in and buy a bottle to try or take home, and they occasionally have small public events there too. The place is owned by a European couple, and all the gin is made here in Phnom Penh, with a "Mekong Twist" using local ingredients and fusions. Honestly the best gin you will find in Cambodia, and you can also buy little bottles that make excellent gifts!
