This is a place to go when you are ready to take some quiet time, to go inward, perhaps to grow, to learn a contemplative practice, or to congregate with others who enjoy the mindfulness practices of inner peace. Many classes are free. Groups that meet weekly are open to beginners as well as practiced meditators.
