Cowboy’s has some great steaks, salad bar and a casual enjoyable atmosphere. They offer BBQ and they’ve won some competitions but daily BBQ isn’t their speciality. I go for the steaks. Last year for Valentine’s Day they had a prime rib and lobster special that I still dream about. They have some great daily specials as well and a big bar and a friendly staff. It’s hard to go wrong at Cowboys
