This was one of the first upscale vegan restaurants in the city. If you want to impress someone who isn't sold on vegan cuisine, this is a great place to bring them. The food is super flavorful, made with love, and is also gluten-free. I love the polenta fries with chipotle ketchup, avocado timbal, seitan piccata, and the coconut slushy. You must make a reservation because it gets packed. But if you’re in a hurry, you can sit at the bar, have an amazing meal, and meet the coolest people, including the owners Joy and Bart, who frequently pop by to make sure guests are enjoying themselves.
