I really like Ethels - they have the best breakfast/brunch, especieally on the weekends. Take the big option and enjoy all the nice little things brought to you. Sometimes they forget to mention the table with sweets/waffle/caces that's included - just ask or help yourself! On weekends the places fills up at 11, so make sure you are there at least a quarter of an hour early. It's possible to sit outside when the sun is up. Make sure you visit Slottskogen when beeing there. Spend an hour walking in the park after the breakfast!
