The Cast Iron Bar and Grill and Sunderland Marriott hotel is a good place to head to for a nicer meal. As it's name suggests it's pretty 'steak' focused, but has a decent selection of other dishes including fish, pasta and salads. The vegetarian selection isn't huge, but there are a few things to choose from. The restaurant itself is smart, so nice for a celebratory meal!
