Forage is a great place to go to. It's tucked away at the top of Avalon Parade. It has great food & good Coffee. It has a lot of gluten free options. (Try their gluten Free Muffins with Almond Cream), DEE LICIOUS. They also have a Organic Wholefoods section, next to their Cafe.
