The building was projected by the master architect and engineer Arif Hikmet Koyunoğlu. The collection of Ankara The State Art and Sculpture Museum is being presented in a historical frame from The Ottoman Empire to The Republic of Turkey, from 1960ies to 1990 and nowadays.
