This property has a history dating back to the 1590's - The guided tour was extremely informative . It has an unique history not just as 16th century merchant house but it was re-designed by Patrick Geddes in 20th century and this enriches your experience of the property. I love old properties which have a function for this time.

Riddle’s Court is an A listed building located close to Edinburgh Castle. Dating from the late 16th century, it is one of the finest surviving merchant’s houses on the Royal Mile. If you love discovering the past do make time for a visit

With it's romantic external pentice stair, this freshly renovated 16th century merchants house drips fabulous.
