Such a lovely way to spend some time, and great for families too! Check out their Insta page for some of the beautiful things they have for sale if you don't fancy making something yourself, but it would be a fun holiday activity for sure, as you can also use "airdry clay" that doesn't need to be fired, so you can take them away with you when you go home!
