Any foodies visiting Japan probably already know about wagyu and Kobe beef, but being able to get skewered grilled cuts of fresh wagyu cow organs is quite rare, surprisingly. At this counter-only, intimately-designed restaurant, the freshness of the cuts is impressive, and you can tell they work hard to pick the right sake to go with the food. There are very few seats available here, and it’s a little more of a formal experience compared to grilled pork and chicken skewer restaurants. So I definitely recommend making a reservation if at all possible.
