Why not head to Spencer via Yarramalong (same M1 exit as Tuggerah Westfield except inland rather that turning east). Regan can provide you with a gourmet hamper as pictured (small $60 large $100). If you’re staying at Monique’s, you’ll often find his amazing REAL old school bacon in the freezer for breakfast. Worth the Drive to Yarramalong, Regan and his wife Vicki have carved a niche butchery / cafe / foodie heaven. Vicki makes the best gluten free salted caramel cheesecake I've ever had. My personal favourites are Regan's bacon and maple sausages, his in house cured bacon, the coffee and hot chocolate. Fantastic array of sauces, chutneys and other delicacies.
