Knoll Park, with the historic Salem Pond, is the center point of interest in Salem. It's only a mile down the road and has great fishing, kayaking, a walking trail, picnic tables, and playground. If you happen to visit during late November or December, don't miss the chance to drive or walk around the pond to see the many lighted Christmas trees floating on the water.
