Ok. Wanamingo MN is a long drive (40minutes) from the loft, but Area 57 quite possibly has the greatest scones on earth. Get there early and ask for a Raspberry or Rhubarb scone with a side of bacon. Divine!!! Worth the drive.

Surprisingly hip little joint in an off the beaten path locale. Excellent food. Specialty coffee. Good decor. Friendly staff.
