This a full blown supermarket with the cheapest prices in the area. A trip to Kaitaia is a good idea if you are going to be in the area for a few days. Their fish and kai moana (sea food) section is very good with a wide range of local fresh fish and shell fish. The vegetable section is also of good quality.

A great place to shop for groceries if coming to Karikari Lodge via Sate Highway 1 and Kaitaia.

It is about a 25-30min drive to Kaitaia but this is where you can do a major grocery shop.
