Huge park, with different age appropriate zones, walled gardens, cafe, special events eg bouncy castles(super value for money) Walled garden, rock garden, outdoor gym facilities, tennis courts, football pitches, sand pit area for toddlers. Ice cream van. My childrens favourite local park, but you need a car to get here from the property realistically, two car parks, miniature train. I don’t really like this photo of me, I look a bit chubby, Id better start drinking low calorie alcoholic beverages and Diet Coke, like all the skinny minis. Blur, parklife. We recently had a bit of a disastrous visit here through no fault of the park. The children were tired and wanted to be at home playing their computer games and building Lego. Grandma had other ideas and was looking forward to a family day here. I had to bribe them and lie to them to get them there in the first place. They did nothing but moan, falling out with each other too. Some boba tea from the ice cream van was a temporary fix. But generally they are getting a bit old now for these parks and the fair ground/ inflatable’s weren’t open which would have helped. They refused to continue the family day by having tea together in a local pub. 🫣. Back to the drawing board. They won’t do any art or reading 😟. But swimming, going to the gym, making cookies and bolognaise worked.☺️ How to keep them occupied today? Total ninja? Bike ride? Both got a 👍
