Just walk a couple blocks and HEB has all your grocery and beverage needs covered, including some organic items. There is a Sprouts (think Whole Foods or Trader Joes) and a Costco in nearby McAllen and Pharr.

This store carries plenty of ethnic food's and products you wouldn't find at Walmart.
