A truly amazing experience in downtown Elora the Distilling Company offers a brilliant weekly program schedule including tastings and masterclasses, although dining is not their forte its well worth a stop over for a cocktail on their patio alongside their stills.

Elora Distilling Company just opened in 2020 and we just love the authentic looking building and ads charm to the downtown area. They serve amazing cocktails as well as custom spirits. A great place to visit for afternoon/evening drinks.

This relatively new place opened during the beginning of Covid and has quickly become a favourite for locals and visitors alike. A variety of whiskeys available in an infinite number of flavours. Book your ride home!
