It was once a hole. A very cool hole. During the Civil War, Confederate soldiers decided it was the logical place to stuff the bodies of Union sympathizers. 17 of them, to be exact. As you can imagine, it gained some notoriety after that. You will need your GPS to find it, but it is actually a really cool geological formation.
