France has Paris but Sedalia has Bar-B-Que pit stop. This is locally the best BBQ place. Definitely a mom and pop shop. Recommended eats: BBQ pork sandwich and deep fried cheesecake. Note: this is mostly a carry out place with orders placed drive thru style. Looks for a little shack in the middle of the ace hardware parking lot. Only open Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
