Stunning black sandy beach. Probably the biggest beach in the north aerea. The access is difficult and dangerous, but they are building new stairs that should be available very soon. I recommend going during summer time (June to September) and with low tide. During winter could be a very dangerous place because of strong waves and current.

Absolutely beautiful black beach together with Playa El Bollullo. I believe it's one of the most beautiful ones of Teneriffa and definitely worth a visit. Just be aware that if you aren't a good swimmer don't go further in that you can stand, as people have died here.

Access to this beach is officially closed since the stairways collapsed a few years ago. But there is an alternative route for experiences hikers – always on your own risk! You'll be rewarded with a beautiful, almost deserted black beach. Also know for nudism.
