One of the North's most acclaimed chefs has brought his award-winning tapas restaurant to Liverpool. Chef patron Simon Shaw has recreated the menu that's garnered recognition from the Michelin team and AA Rosettes, with a seasonal line-up of tapas, split into seafood, charcuterie, vegetables, and meat.
