Spain’s largest cathedral and the third largest in Europe! (After St. Peter’s Basilica in the Vatican and Milan’s cathedral). The cathedral is a wonder of gothic architecture, and interesting to see aspects of its Moorish past, most notably the tower “La Giralda” – a prominent symbol of the city – which was a former minaret. The cathedral is a UNESCO world heritage site, along with the nearby Real AlCazar palace and the Archivo de las Indias. Christopher Columbus is buried here. It’s well worth a hike up the ramped walkway to the top of La Giralda for outstanding views of the city.

Definitely a most see of the city. Seville's cathedral is one of the biggest in the world, host to Christopher Colombus remains. Also nice to climb the tower and have some of the BEST VIEWS OF THE CITY!
