Swains has a wonderful range of fresh fruits vegetables and various foods on the outskirts of Henfield where there are also convenience shops and a supermarket.

A farm and a farm shop, kids can feed the animals, just ask for a couple of free carrots in the shop. They have ponies. goats, donkeys, poultry and sometimes alpacas.
