To go to Lisbon it's super easy, just catch the train, it's cheap, fast and it is going along the sea and river coast. Then exit at Belém if you're looking for Mosteiro dos Jerónimos or Pastéis de Belém or exit at the last stop, Cais do Sodré and walk to Baixa/Chiado.
