The “Balmo" as regulars call it, has for long been a key meeting place of the Brugmann Square. The restaurant was designed to look like an authentic American Milk Bar from the 60s with a Hollywood feel: pink and turquoise skai booths, pin ups and music of the 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s.
