Floatation-REST ( Restricted Environmental Stimuli Technique / Therapy ), sensory deprivation, or “floating” is achieved by super-saturating around 10-inches of skin-temperature water with enough Epsom Salt that you float effortlessly on the surface of the solution. If you choose to turn off the lights and music, you may float in total darkness and silence.
