A bit pricy but one of the best pastry shopy in Paris. Try the madeleines +++

Alright, I am a HUGE fan of vaniilla mille-feuilles, and probably tested 50 bakery in Paris. These are the best, and by far. Super pricy (~6€), but they're made on-demand (expect 10min wait) and they simply taste absolutely amazing. Just go there.
