This is not Chinese food. At least not as you know it. Go visit Cuichine of you want the better Chinese dishes. This is tof stuff. Def. must visit!

Cantonese kitchen chef's level. Not cheap (not overly expensive either) but it's no 'regular take out' with extra number 4 on the side either.
