U7 Rathaus Neukölln is with ~7 minutes walking distance the nearest tube station. There are options to rent DB-bikes there (requires sign-up). DriveNow is a comfortable alternative to public transport in Berlin (also requires sign-up), their cars are all over the city. Make sure to download the "BVG"-app, it will be very helpful guiding you through the city!
