Italian being my absolute favorite cuisine and having tried a lot in the Charleston area, this is my number one choice. Not only is the food authentic, the owner and staff have curated such a family dynamic that you keep coming for more. Check them out and I recommend making areservation.

Excellent pizza and Italian dishes. The owner is often there to cook his family's famous Chicken Zarro.
