Beautiful views, and delicious sea inspired fare. Try the seafood chowder or the ploughman's lunch! A quick walk from Seymour Street over Jacob's ladder and along the promenade. Excellent coffee too.

Combine exercise with sightseeing with an early morning stroll along the Westhaven Promenade overlooking the Marina and enjoy breakfast under the Auckland Harbour Bridge. I love looking at the moored yachts and finding the funniest names their owners have given them. Enquire about learning to Sail at the adjacent Ponsonby Cruise Club.

If you feel like a nice stroll along the waterfront promenade, you'll be rewarded with a lovely cafe (Buoy) at the end of your journey. Buoy serves great coffee, brunch & lunch overlooking the yachts in the marina.
