Pacific Grove, California has a classic Main Street, USA feel. With one of the oldest continually operating lighthouses in the country and a classic 1932 golf course partially designed by Jack Neville, Pacific Grove holds many old-fashioned charms. Its beaches, located right on the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary, Asilomar State Beach and Lovers Point Beach are perfect spots for kayaking or surfing — and some of the fish you see on the Bay may turn up in your sustainable seafood dinner that night. If you're fortunate enough to be in Pacific Grove during the fall or winter, you can catch the annual migration of tens of thousands of Monarch butterflies who take up residence in the pines and eucalyptus trees of the Monarch Grove Butterfly Sanctuary.

Near Monterey. Magic Carpet is blooming between April and June (peak usually around end of April and end of May, depending on the weather). great walking path along the ocean to enjoy the sea view and magnificent blooming. you can rent bikes or run on the path. A local favor!!!

Pacific Grove is a coastal city in Monterey County, California in the United States. The 2010 United States Census population is 15,041. Pacific Grove is located between Point Pinos and Monterey. It is a charming town. I highly recommend renting bicycles and riding along the coast!
