Flemish Neo-Renaissance style. It was designed by architect F.Seulen and built in 2 phases: the left wing in 1890, the main wing in 1913. The building was listed as a monument by Brussels in 1994.

Magnifique gare de la fin du XIXe siècle à découvrir pour son architecture. A côté, le musée belge du Train sera terminé en mai 2015. Il regroupera la plus belle collection de locomotives sur 175 ans.
