Chef Mario Espinoza,does "foam food" which s much better than this sounds. Also simpler breakfasts, including NYC famed "cronuts" .H.R breakfast, if adventurous the dinner.

You can choose the multicourse tasting menu with or without wine pairing, or a la carte. Each course is beautifully presented. Foodies come from afar to experience the gastronomic dishes. For a special night, you simply canāt beat K'uāuk. Housed in an old colonial mansion off of the Paseo de Montejo, the tasting menu is filled with creative and gorgeous dishes made of local ingredients. If Michelin awarded stars to restaurants in MĆ©xico, this one would be a contender.
