This is a new restaurant in Savannah, but I want to help get the word out. They make delicious low-calorie heart-healthy meals, that can be heated in the microwave in four minutes, or you can have something prepared at the restaurant. Most meals are around 400 calories, including breakfasts. They have a variety of meals and the menu changes from week to week. You also can have fresh meals prepared while you wait. Best of all most meals are around $6.50. Now, this is not fancy food for an anniversary, or special occasions, these are life-changing meals, heart healthy. I am sharing this as a diversion to fast food eating while in Savannah, and since my kitchen has a microwave, you can stock up on a few, and save a little money eating out.
