Carlos is our favourite restaurant in Port Colon. Really love this restaurant. the piri piri prawns .....the salmon with lemon and chilli ...all top notch. vegetables cooked really well - the brocolli al dente and the potatoes cooked perfectly and well seasoned the staff are all excellent, the restaurant has a superb ambience and a smashing dining experience. I recommend it to everyone I know who goes to Tenerife. better to book as it can be busy
