Sofia's is our go-to place for grabbing sandwiches when we are headed out on a motorcycle ride, hiking to a mountaintop for lunch or going out canoeing on the lake. The food is delicious, the portions are large and the sandwiches are packed full of fresh ingredients and great flavors. They even have a drive-through window which makes stopping to grab a meal on the go REALLY easy and convenient. Sofia’s first started out as Dall’s Drive-In Diner back in the 1950’s. Which became a Cornish landmark. The store was eventually purchased in 2000 by a Greek man from Crete. He named the store after his mother. Hence the name Sofia.
