Enjoy a peaceful walk through the first Chinese or "scholars" garden, built outside of China. This traditional Chinese garden was named in honour or leader of the Chinese Nationalist Party, known as the father of modern China. Influential in overthrowing the Qing dynasty (1911/12).

A neat spot to check out There are 2 parks here, one free and one that is paid admission, all rocks and vegetation imported from China. A cool spot that is close by and a quick 15 min visit will usually do.

The Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden is the first Chinese or "scholars" garden built outside of China, and is located in Chinatown. Classical Chinese gardens employ philosophical principles of Feng shui and Taoism, striving to achieve harmony and a balance of opposites.
