If in Maine during the summer, stopping for frozen custard is an absolute must. Hodgman's has vanilla and chocolate flavors daily, plus an extra flavor or two that change periodically.

People come from miles around to visit Frozen Custard. They have classic ice cream with flavors changing daily. There are also a couple of food trucks/stands where you can get lobster roll and hamburgers etc.
