3 mile or 10 mile walking/biking loop around Ladybird Lake or rent a kayak, canoe or SUP board on the lake. Both are an Austin must-do.

This trail runs all the way from Pleasant Valley Road through downtown and over to MOPAC (Loop 1). The full loop is over 10 miles, but there are several bridges to make smaller loops. The closest one is from Pleasant Valley to I-35, about 4 miles. Great for walks, runs, bikes, dogs.

My favorite place in Austin. We take our dogs waking here when its not to hot. Im a runner and go there daily. Your airbnb is close to the boardwalk section. Heard it cost 13 million to make the walking bridge. The trail in on both side of ladybird lake with 5 different bridges to cross over depending on the distance you go.

Nothing better than a long walk around Ladybird Lake! You can do the loop and cross over at two different bridges! Great views of downtown and overall good people watching!
