Upotia is much more than one city library. It is located on a nice little city park (Graanmarkt) and in front of it is a square. Besides a lot of books and media, it is above all a very pleasant place with lots of light. You can also have something to eat and drink and when the weather is good you can enjoy it on the terrace.
